Who runs this site

annapolishchuk.com is the personal portfolio of Anna Polishchuk, an independent UI/UX designer and art director based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Questions about anything on this page go to adzhulii@gmail.com.

What the site does not do

• It sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.
• It runs no advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking pixels.
• It has no login, no accounts and no forms that ask for your data.
• It does not sell, rent or trade information about visitors. There is nothing to sell.

What is actually collected

Aggregated traffic statistics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics tool that does not fingerprint visitors or build profiles across sites. It reports counts — page views, referrers, country, browser, screen size — and nothing that identifies you personally.

Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Like every web host, it processes technical request data including your IP address to deliver pages and to defend against attacks and abuse. These logs are short-lived and are not used to profile you. The legal basis is legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.

Email you send me. The contact links on this site open your own mail client. If you write, I receive whatever you chose to put in that message. I keep correspondence only as long as it is relevant to the conversation or an engagement, and I do not add you to any mailing list.

Third parties involved

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and privacy-first analytics.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are requested from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker or a browser that blocks third-party requests will stop it, and the site still works.

That is the complete list. No other external service receives anything about your visit.

Where data is processed

Cloudflare and Google operate globally and may process the technical data described above outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those companies publish in their own policies.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because this site holds almost nothing, in practice the only data I can act on is email correspondence you have sent me. Write to adzhulii@gmail.com and I will answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is aimed at professional audiences and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If the site ever starts doing more than it does today — a contact form, a newsletter, anything else — this page changes first, and the date below changes with it.
